Russ works well within scrum teams, seeing his role as helping to ensure that maximum value is delivered at every sprint. Russ has worked on projects across the entire spectrum of retail business architecture including forecasting, purchasing & inventory management, warehouse management, distribution, point-of-sale, eCommerce, digital, workforce management, payroll & HR.

Debra is the owner of Apidae Project Consultancy Limited. She is PRINCE2 registered and has a history of delivering success.
She is skilled at creating and leading project teams that work well together in an honest and open environment of strong communication, to bring about a successful implementation.
Committed to continuous professional development Debra became one of the first UK Project Managers to achieve the PRINCE2 Agile accreditation.
