Having spent most of his adult life in retail & supply chain analysis, Russ Chalton set up CITBA Ltd in 2007 and has enjoyed creating excellent relationships with some of the leading companies in their fields. One of the first practitioners of the Agile concept (using both Scrum and DSDM frameworks) CITBA continues to support existing and new clients, particularly with complex and struggling projects and products.

We are proud to count among our clients: Walgreens Boots Alliance, Marks & Spencer, Specsavers, Estée Lauder Companies, The Body Shop, JD Wetherspoon, Warner Leisure Hotels and Kingfisher/B&Q.

Along the way, we have worked alongside other 3rd party service providers such as: TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, PWC, Skillnet, Mastek.

Russ Chalton - Owner

Russ is an experienced Business Analyst/Architect & Product Owner who handles complexity & ambiguity in a calm, efficient fashion that drives clarity into products, and increases stakeholder confidence. Russ works well within scrum teams, seeing his role as helping to ensure that maximum value is delivered at every sprint. Russ has worked on projects across the entire spectrum of retail business architecture including forecasting, purchasing & inventory management, warehouse management, distribution, point-of-sale, eCommerce, digital, workforce management, payroll & HR. 

Debra Chalton - Project Manager

Debra is the owner of Apidae Project Consultancy Limited. She is PRINCE2 registered and has a history of delivering success.

She is skilled at creating and leading project teams that work well together in an honest and open environment of strong communication, to bring about a successful implementation.

Committed to continuous professional development Debra became one of the first UK Project Managers to achieve the PRINCE2 Agile accreditation.

Mack

Mack is the latest member of the team. We don't send him out to client sites as he is only 2 years old. He is displays a level of aptitude far above expectations. His job role is to ensure we get enough exercise, which he achieves with minimal effort.
